SKYBIZ launches 24/7 after-sales support team
SKYBIZ intends to keep customers’ worries at bay by expanding its coverage and availability of their 24/7 NOC and TechXperts. This specialized team is designed to attend to the technical needs of clients – both for business broadband and Pay TV.
A welcoming session for the SKYBIZ NOC and TechXperts team was held last February 27 at the SKY Network Operations headquarters, San Juan, Metro Manila. Headed by Mr. Jon Arayata, SKYBIZ Division Head and Mr. Jude Pambid, Head of Network Operations, members of the after-sales group were formally introduced to the SKYBIZ sales teams, as they will start working together in providing another level of “Wow and Saya” to the Enterprise and SME clients.
Through this initiative, SKYBIZ aims to build businesses better not just to provide the ultimate content and reliable connectivity but also client-centric 24/7 after-sales service to its corporate and MSME partners coming from various industries.
